Room Facilities in Hotel Windamere :The hotel has two wings namely, The Windamere and the Little Windamere. The Windamere has Ada Villa and Annexe. These are more popular with visitors who want to experience life as it used to be in the days of the British Raj. The rooms here are cozy and spacious but no telephones and televisions are provided in the rooms in Ada Villa. The rooms in Annexe has telephones only upon special request. The Little Windamere is the perfect blend of modern life and the atmosphere and amenities of the bygone age. The Annandale and the Observatory House together constitute the Little Windamere. Both The Annandale and The Observatory House are well equipped with telephones and televisions. The Snuggery which houses the DHR Club is also a part of the Little Windamere. All the rooms have fireplaces and are elegantly furnished.
Dining in Hotel Windamere :The hotel has one big dining hall which can accommodate 80 people and smaller dining rooms which can accommodate upto 12 people and are ideal for families. The hotel serves mouth watering Indian, Continental, Nepalese and Tibetan cuisines to treat your taste buds. The hotel also has a well stocked bar which serves the most exotic assortments of wines, beer and other branded liquor.
