Elephant Safari: The wide area covered by the Elephant Grass can be best viewed when you are on an elephant's back. The elephant ride is best enjoyed in the morning time of dawn. Elephant safari covers Baguri, Hole Path, Mihimukh, Kohora-Central Path and Arimarah. When out for an elephant ride, do wear trousers fully covering your legs to avoid abrasions from the coarse elephant-grass.

By Air :- Jorhat is the nearest domestic airport from Kaziranga. The airport is separated by a distance of about 217 kms from the National Park. There are regular flights that connect this place with Guwahati and Kolkata.

By Rail :- Furkating is the nearest railhead which is linked to Guwahati and other railway stations by a well-laid network of rails.

By Road :- There is a well-developed network of roads that link Kaziranga to the other important cities in Assam.
